Frequently Asked Questions

The price of an order is based primarily on four factors; the apparel you select, the number of items you are ordering, the number of print locations, and the quality or your artwork that is being printed. If you are requesting that we design the artwork for your apparel, there will be an additional cost.

* The cost per piece of your order will always decrease with larger volume orders.

Prior to us beginning an order you will receive an estimate via our payment service – once you approve the estimate we will begin. We accept checks (made out to Framewerk Imaging), and online payments through our payment service. Payment will be due at time of delivery.

You will be charged for the sample. That cost adjusts according to what you are ordering and the factors listed above on how we determine your price.

We try to keep our order minimums to 20 pieces to help keep costs low for our customers. However, we do our best to meet each customer’s needs, so please contact us if you have questions about smaller orders by emailing sales@framewerkimaging.com

For t-shirts and most apparel, there is a reasonable turn around time after approval of digital proof and payment. If you need your apparel delivered within a shorter time frame, please contact us and we can arrange for a rush order (rush fees do apply). During busy seasons, we will notify you right away if we anticipate your delivery/pick up to be delayed.

You are more than welcome to mix and match shirt colors and sizes if you are using the same artwork for the entire order. Please keep in mind that there will also be an additional fee for shirts that are 2XL and larger.

We always want to ensure that the artwork on your apparel is precise and printed accurately. In order for us to do this, we ask that you send us your artwork with the following criteria.

All files must be in vector format or a minimum of 300 dpi.
We prefer these file types: .pdf, .eps, .ai, .psd.
The measurements of your design should be sized to how you want it printed.
Outline all your texts in vector format.
If you have any questions regarding artwork, feel free to contact us at anytime.

Once an order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for any fees or garment costs incurred by Framewerk Imaging.

Second, is quality, we only print with the highest quality ink and paper. We do not buy third party. This may cost us more, but this insures our client’s designs will look the very best.

We train all our team thoroughly; prior to having them fill your order.

We are meticulous about the details of your order so you don’t have to be.

We track your product from the time the order is placed. We also save the design, shirt, etc. in one location so when you need to reorder, we got your back. In short: the reorder will look identical to the original order.
